During the transition from military life to college life, there are many military and veteran-friendly colleges to choose from. However, it’s still important for our former enlisted men and women to be able to make the most of all of their benefits and other financial opportunities, including utilizing college scholarships designed for veterans.
These scholarships were chosen to be featured based on the financial amount, the range of study options offered, and other assistance provided – such as housing, college choice and specific veteran needs.
There are many terrific scholarships (some for substantial amounts) available to veterans which are not listed, so it is recommended to check with your adviser at your school of choice to find out if there are local scholarships or others for which you may fit the unique criteria.
